MY ACCOUNT
Do I need to register or set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at Glam-it without creating an account. Just enter your name, email and phone number during checkout so that you receive your order and are conveniently registered.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following:
- Save your address and card details so you can shop more quickly in the future
- Track orders and review past purchases
- Preview new collections, items, and looks
ORDERS
How does it work?
Shopping at Glam-it is easy. To make a purchase:
- Click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page after you have selected an item and size.
- Click the 'SHOPPING BAG' icon at the top of the page to review shopping bag items.
- Click ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order after you are done shopping.
After you checkout and pay via PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your shipment is ready, we will send you another email to let you know it’s been shipped out.
Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been finalized and shipped.
SHIPPING
How long will it take?
We will process your order the same day if you submitted your orders before the end of a business day. Otherwise, we will process it the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, it will take:
- Hong Kong: 1-2 Business Days
- Other Areas: Depends on the location
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
We’re sorry but we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the good is damaged/defective*
*Damaged goods: please email shop@glamit.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged/defective goods and include a reason and a photo of the item. Please send it back to us in its original packaging and in unused/unworn condition. Items not in their original condition or packaging will not be accepted for return.
BILLING
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. To ensure that the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery costs are displayed, please click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations. The total on the order summary page will then show you a breakdown of the costs.
Most countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
Whereas when a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
